- Neil Fernandes Added 2018-02-14★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This is a decent campground with full hook-up and is located across from the RCMP detachment on the Cabot Trail in Ingonish. The campground backs onto a wooded area. Newly renovated, clean toilets showers and laundry area when we stayed for two nights in September 2017. The owners are pleasant, easy to deal with and are interested in making sure you are looked after. They have recently taken over the property and are making good improvements. The beach is a short drive from the campground. There is a convenience store on the front of the property. A couple of long terms campers are on the property and they are nice decent people to engage with. The camp sites are on the periphery of the campground so there is a decent amount of privacy as you don’t have sites across from yours. There is a play area for kids and also a cottage located on the property. Prices are very reasonable and I would recommend this campground.
